Pınar CÜCELOĞLU is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law and serves as the Senior and Managing Partner Attorney at Cüceloğlu Hukuk.

She is particularly specialized in litigation and dispute resolution. She represents domestic and international clients before mediators and courts, especially in Corporate and Commercial Law, Contract Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and private equity transactions, as well as in various other areas of private and administrative law.

With her expertise in dynamic fields of law, Pınar CÜCELOĞLU actively supports multinational and corporate clients, as well as start-ups, providing legal assistance at all stages including formation and investment processes.

Pınar CÜCELOĞLU also possesses deep knowledge and experience in the field of Personal Data Protection, offering services for the compliance of clients’ processes with applicable legislation, managing audit and compliance projects, preparing personal data inventories, drafting necessary legal texts and contracts, and handling relations with regulatory authorities.

She also actively provides consultancy services in Family Law, Property Division Cases, and Inheritance Law, both to local and international clients.
